meet hayley.

Deciding to seek therapy takes courage and strength. I work to empower each client from a behavioral, trauma-informed, humanistic framework of care. I bring presence, compassion, and unconditional positive regard to each session.

Working with individuals to promote their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing brings me both great satisfaction and a sense of purpose. I have a background working with adults and adolescents who have experienced substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma. I have also worked professionally as a sexual health educator and with bereaving families in hospice.

I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness techniques, crisis management, solution-focused therapy, and I am a certified Motivational Interviewing (MI) counselor.

I received my B.A degree from Northern Arizona University in Anthropology and my M.A degree from the Wright Institute of Berkeley, Ca in Counseling Psychology.
