I offer a safe, non-judgmental space, where patients can process their thoughts and feelings and address challenging issues as they relate to stress, relationship conflict, phase of life, anxiety or depression. I believe in the relationship between the therapist and client and that this relationship is one of the most important aspects of achieving success. I am collaborative and relational in nature and my goal is to help each patient explore how to achieve the results that they desire.
